GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using the website of Wolter Landhaus – sole proprietorship Wild Alois with VAT no. IT0219770210, hereinafter referred to as "Wolter Landhaus", you accept the rules of the general terms and conditions, the processing of personal data, and all points contained therein. The conditions contained herein may be subject to change over time without prior notice; therefore, we recommend that you read them from the time of booking until your arrival.
RESERVATIONS
The availability request is non-binding and does not constitute a contract for either the customer or Wolter Landhaus. The booking request represents the order form which is binding for the customer, but not for Wolter Landhaus, which is free not to accept the booking. The booking confirmation sent to the customer is binding for both parties and constitutes the conclusion of the booking contract.
TIMES
The accommodation unit will be available to the customer from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest on the day of departure. If the accommodation unit is required earlier on the day of arrival or later on the day of departure, Wolter Landhaus may charge an additional fee.
SECURITY
Wolter Landhaus takes care of the protection and use of your personal data and the electronic transmission of information, but declines any liability for the loss of data resulting from unlawful or fraudulent access by third parties.
PRIVACY POLICY AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
All your personal data will be processed in compliance with applicable regulations exclusively for the purpose of providing you with the services you have requested, in particular:
Execution of bookings
Fulfillment of orders
Management of your booking (confirmation, modification, or cancellation)
Obtaining your feedback after your stay.
To protect your privacy, we assure you that this data will not be disclosed to third parties, but only and exclusively to those necessary for the execution of the requested services, namely:
External service providers
Interbank networks
You may request the modification or deletion of the data in our possession at any time.
GREEN RATE – Sustainable Stay
The Green Rate does not include daily room cleaning. Towels are changed upon request. This service helps conserve resources and supports eco-friendly business operations. Daily cleaning can be booked for an additional charge.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. In case of cancellation of a reservation 13 to 3 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 40% of the booked services will be charged. In case of cancellation within 2 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked services will be due. In case of late arrival, early departure, or cancellation on the day of arrival, or for unoccupied reserved beds within 1 day prior to arrival, we charge 100% of the daily rate according to the reservation for the unused days.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
When making a reservation on our website, you provide your credit card details and authorize "Wolter Landhaus" or any other company commissioned by it to manage reservations to charge the amount explicitly indicated as a deposit and advance payment for your reservation. If the credit card provided by you is declined by the banks, no charges will be made. In this case, please contact our office to provide details of a new credit card.
IMAGE RIGHTS
All images of the Wolter Landhaus monumental complex, including material contained on the website, information, texts, photographs, trademarks, logos, and everything that constitutes private property, are protected by copyright or private property protection regulations and therefore may not be distributed or used by persons who have not been previously authorized to do so. Any use or dissemination for purposes other than purely personal ones that violates these terms will be prosecuted.
DISPUTES
All disputes concerning or related to this contract – including those regarding its interpretation, validity, execution, and termination – shall be settled in accordance with the procedure provided for in the statutes of the Arbitration and Conciliation Chamber of Bozen/Bolzano. For anything not expressly agreed upon, the provisions of the Civil Code concerning contracts in general shall apply to this contract. For all disputes related to the interpretation, execution, and/or conclusion of the booking contract to which these terms apply and for which Wolter Landhaus is legally responsible, the Court of Bozen/Bolzano shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The user's personal data will be processed by Wolter Landhaus in compliance with the principles of personal data protection pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable national legislation.

The collection of personal data is carried out by Wolter Landhaus by registering data:
Collected directly from the data subject upon initial contact or subsequent communications
Provided by third parties.

We inform you that the data will be processed in the following manner:

Fulfillment of legal obligations related to business relations
Fulfillment of tax or accounting obligations

The legal bases on which the processing of common data is based, pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR Regulation, are:

The provision of data is mandatory for all legal and contractual obligations; therefore, any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may result in the inability to provide the requested services.
The company processes users' optional data based on consent, i.e., through explicit agreement to this privacy policy and in relation to the methods and purposes described below; it must therefore not be published and must not be used by persons not previously authorized to do so. Any use or dissemination for purposes other than purely personal ones that violates these terms will be prosecuted.

Identification data (company name or name, i.e., first and last name of natural persons, address of the registered office, telephone, fax, e-mail, tax data, etc.).
RETENTION PERIOD
The data will be processed for as long as necessary for the performance of the existing business relationship and for the following ten years from the date of its collection.
