The Wild Ones of Wolter Landhaus

Manu and Luis give you a warm 'Hoila'!
A little wild, but highly motivated: That's us. A small, cheerful crew with nature in our blood.
The masterminds behind Wolter Landhaus are the two of us – Luis & Manu. Our base? The old dame, the venerable building that gives us all a home in the first place. And because you can't do everything on your own in the countryside, we rock this place together with the rest of the wild gang: Silvia, Harald, Markus, and Manuel. They keep the farm running, look after the animals and nature, and ensure that true country life can be felt at every turn.

Manu
Manu is the mastermind behind the taste and the creative soul of our house. Nothing standard ever makes it to our table here: From the jam and bread down to the smallest snack, she makes everything herself—uncompromisingly homemade, radically local, and with a tremendous touch for detail. With every bite, you can feel that true dedication and heart-and-soul go into it.

Luis
House and garden hero Luis: During the day, he prunes, builds, and nurtures everything that greens and blooms; in the evening, he switches roles and serves up the day's highlights with a wide grin. His green thumb and sense of sustainability shape every corner of our farmstead. And the best part: He carries on his family's legacy with so much pride and heart-and-soul that the charm of our house is simply uncopyable.
The old Lady!
Built into the hillside over 500 years ago, the Walterhof boasts a genuine historical foundation. Around 1940, the Wild family took over the estate: Michael and Maria led a simple, hard farming life here and raised ten children. Their youngest son Richard later ran the farm together with his wife Erna. Thanks to their courage and dream, the doors of the house are once again open to guests today.
We don't let this history gather dust: Today, Luis and Manu are steering the country house into the future with a clear, modern, and uncompromisingly sustainable vision.
