**A la carte Restaurant**
Let us pamper you from Tuesday to Saturday! The kitchen is open for you from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Our days off are Sunday and Monday.
**Active Card Sterzing**
The activeCARD Sterzing is your ticket to a holiday full of benefits in the Sterzing-Pfitsch-Freienfeld holiday region. Starting April 1, 2024, it allows you to use public transport, South Tyrolean museums, and many extras free of charge or at a discount year-round. And best of all: it is included in the room rate and is valid throughout your entire stay!
**Canellation**
If you are unable to start your vacation, please notify us in writing in good time. Here are the cancellation conditions:
• Up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
• 13 to 2 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
• 1 day before arrival or unused days: 100% of the daily rate.
**Payment**
You can settle your bill in cash, by credit or debit card, or in advance by bank transfer. Please note: Diners Club and American Express are not accepted.
**Check-in, Check-out**
Your room will be ready from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please vacate it by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-outs are available upon request, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
**Singleroom**
Traveling alone? No problem! Our cozy rooms and suites are also available for single occupancy. Just ask for your personalized offer.
**Gift Voucher**
Looking for a gift? How about a voucher for Wolter Landhaus?Whether it's for an overnight stay, a wonderful dinner, or a relaxing evening in the sauna, upon request we can customize your voucher just for you.
**Green Rate**
The Green Rate does not include daily room cleaning. Towels are changed upon request. This service helps conserve resources and supports eco-friendly business operations. Daily cleaning can be booked for an additional charge.All room rates automatically include the Green Rate.
**Dogs**
Your four-legged friend is very welcome here! We charge €20.00 per day. Please note that for hygienic reasons, dogs are not allowed in the wellness area.
**Kids**
Wolter Landhaus is designed as a quiet retreat for guests aged 14 and over. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to accommodate younger guests.
**Citytax**
The local tax of €2.50 per night and person applies to all guests and is payable locally.
**Parking**
Parking spaces are available directly at the country house free of charge.
**Swimmingpond and Sauna**
The natural swimming pond is unheated and awaits you outdoors. The sauna is open from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
**Smokers**
Wolter Landhaus is a non-smoking property. Nevertheless, smoking is permitted on the balcony and terrace.
